What would you say is the worst part about having bpd?

The lack of emotional permanence I think.
I just want to know what it feels like to not be talking to someone but still know that they love me. If they’re not talking to me, I feel like they hate me, and don’t love me anymore. I want to know how people could know that their friends still care about them even if they haven’t talked all day.
It’s amazing.
